WELCOME TO KIKI’s BAKERY
where soft, fluffy chiffon cakes are made with care, heart, and a little magic.
With a deep love for baking, I travelled to Japan to train under master pâtissiers who specialise in crafting the perfect chiffon cake. Their dedication, precision, and warmth left a mark on me, and on every cake I now create.
After moving to the UK two years ago, I continued my journey in a local bakery, learning from British baking traditions while falling in love with the charm of this community.
Now, I’m excited to finally open my home bakery, hoping to share the delicate taste and comfort of Japanese-style chiffon cakes with you. I’m not chasing perfection, instead, I hope to pass on the warmth of handmade baking. With a focus on minimising food waste and using ingredients thoughtfully, I enjoy creating chiffon cake treats with playful twists and seasonal inspiration.
Every cake is small-batch, handmade, and full of heart.
